Your power training zones are calulated from your Functional Threshold Power (FTP).
This can be manually entered into your Fitness Settings or you can complete the Power Test workout. It's tough but makes sure your zones are just right for you.
This table shows how the zones are calculated, as a percentage of your FTP value.
