Verification Email Delivery

When you first create your Motivo account we will send an email to your chosen email address, just to confirm that we've got the right account and no one else was creating an account on your behalf.

You will need to click verification link in the email within 3 days of creating your account, else it will become locked.

If you are not receiving the email it is likely to be caused by either:

  • Your inbox junk mail filter
  • A typo in your email address

The easiest way to check that we have the right email address for you, before your account gets locked, is to pop into your account settings (online or in-app). You'll be shown you account email address to check.

If you have used the wrong email address, please get in touch and we will update it for you right away.
