It requires iOS 6.0 or later and is optimised for iPhone 5 (but will work on earlier phones).
Download the free app from the App Store, fire it up, create your account and you're well on your way...
Shortly after signing up you will be sent an email to confirm your account. It's important that you verfify your account within 3 days.
When you first log in, you'll be asked a few basic questions to get your training profile set up. You'll then be taken to the list of Training Plans. Its a great time to set your plan up and give your training some structure.
At any point after creating your account you can also log in online at my.motivo.cc
If you want to train using heart rate zones, pedalling cadence or power you'll need to connect the relevant supported sensors to your iPhone.

With your training plan set and your sensors all connected, you're ready to train until you reach your goal! The in-app My Motivo screen will show you exactly what you've got planned today and in the future. You'll also see all of you training history.
Hit the Start button and you'll be taken to the Workout Screen which will guide you brilliantly through your training session. You'll know exactly what you need to be doing and it'll make you feel great.
Check out your stats at the end, share them with your friends and put your feet up until the next session comes. Don't worry, we'll send you a training reminder email on the days you're due to train. :o)
